Damage to Property Clause:

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel/room property during their stay, whether accidental or intentional. In the event of any damage, the guest agrees to cover the cost of repairs or replacement, as determined by the hotel management. The guest fills a charge form, which authorizes the hotel to charge the provided payment method for any damages incurred.

Management accepts no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of guests’ personal property and valuables.

Cancellation Policy:

• The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.
• You will accept prepayment by: Credit card. You will refund within: 7 days.

PLEASE NOTE:  

1. Check-in time is at 3:00pm and check-out time is at 11:00am

2. Late check-out fees is $50 and applies from 11:00am until 2:00pm

3. Late check-out between 2:00PM and 5:00PM is subject to a fee of USD120.Checkouts after 5:00PM, will be charged as a full night
